After Effects - 0xc0000142 error.

Hello, as stated in the title, when I try to open AE I always get this popup.

I have updated AE to the latest version through Creative Cloud, reinstalled ae 2 times, updated my drivers, updated windows to the latest version, ran AE as administrator, I feel like I have searched the whole internet and still haven't found a solution that is working.

I'm using v24.1.0.78

To launch with safe mode would be also useful to find the issue.

ty for the tip however I'm not even able to launch ae in safe mode, so I can't delete my preferences... I don't have this problem with other adobe products like Pr and Ps is working perfectly, I was wondering if this could be a gpu problem even though I have my drivers up to date?
