After effects won't start up. I'm on Big Sur 11.4 and it simply crashes . I've tried with previous versions of after effects and it's the same . I'm an editor and I make a living using After effects and Premiere Pro this is simply ridiculous that i can't work when I've been paying for years. There are several stability issues with this new versions of after and premiere pro, some of them revolving around .mxf format I need a fix please

So  I reached to remote support and they helped me, the problem was due to the media core folder just moved the folder to the desktop and it worked. Here you'll find attached the path to this folder. Thank you very much !

Hi jorgea39314182,

Sorry for the crash.

Could you share the rest of your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM)? Also, do you see any crash report? A crash report would be helpful in getting to the root. In the meantime, check out the following article and see if it helps: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-fix-common-after-effects-crashes/td-p/10684130

We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Nishu
