AFTER EFFECTS 2020 Initialising mediacore

Hi I recently changed to an all AMD PC and for some reason I can't get my after effects to open anymore it gets stuck on "Initialising mediacore" as shown in the picture

and then this text file pops up on my desktop with I believe is the error log which I have no clue what it means.I've tried reinstalling and going to a previous version and it still seems to be doing the same.

Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue.

Were you using a Nvidia GPU before? If so, make sure all Nvidia driver-related files are deleted from your computer. If that's not the case, update your GPU driver to the latest.

Yes I was using nvidia GPU before but I installed AMD adrenaline which downloaded the GPU drive era for me and still didn't work. Is there any other drivers that I need?
