Hello y'all. I have an issue. So whenever I open after effects it's doesn't load, it's just staying blank and nothing is loading. I've tried to delete and download it, I tried the taskbar Funktion, I ran after effects as administrator. Just nothing works!!! I use windows 11.

Try copying the preferences file to your desktop and enabling caps lock when the application is launching.

Assuming you're subscription is active, you could download and install a version of After Effects that's meant to work with Windows 11 like After Effects 23.6.6 or After Effects 24.5. Make sure the "remove old versions" option is disabled so that After Effects 2020 will remain installed.

Also, what's the exact version number that you're running?  The icon and your taskbar looks like something from 2018 or earlier.

Which NVIDIA driver are you using?

Has it worked before?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).
