After Effects 2020 Not Opening

So I have just upgraded to after effetcs 17.0/2020 and it does not want to open because of GPU_Shader_Engine. I have reinstalled it 3x and nothing works. I have an AMD Radeon RX 560X Series. Appreciate the help 🙂

Have you actually installed a different graphics driver and checked compatibilitzy settings in there? Contemporary shader engines are often not natively compatible to OpenGL and emulate it via their driver settings.

Try to reinstal your graphics drivers. I had a similar problem with AE after the last update of Windows and what I did was to reinstall both the Intel and the NVidia drivers (it's a pain, I know, but it might work for you too :).
