After effects 2022 crashes when closing!

When we close After Effects each time it will crash and ask to send a report. In the crash log report it shows beneeth that we are using a AMD proccesor instead of the installed Intel i9 7900x. Is this a bug and the reason of the crash? How to fix this?

 

MB: Gigabyte x299 Aorus Gaming 7

CPU: Intel Core i9 7900X

RAM: 64 GB DDR4 2666MHz Quad Channel

GPU: ASUS ROG Strix Geforce GTX 1080Ti Gaming 11GB

Latest Studio Drivers from NVIDIA

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit latest updates

Actually, it worked immediately when I uninstalled Universe from Maxon App I haven't installed it back since then in my experience Universe plugin has always been problematic sometimes i experienced Adobe apps like AE and Media encoder takes frover to load because of Universe

if you have vfx suite from RedGiant
you must update it

    same thing here. Does adobe support read this and could eventually try to help.

    The same thing here... Every time I close AE it creates an error report.
    I tried to read this report, but it is incomprehensible

    Without any actual crash info we can't tell you much. AMD does audio processors and HDMI chips as well, as a ton of other stuff that would be used even when an NVIdia GPU is used, so it's very likely perfectly normal. Anyway, unless you show us the exact crash details we can't tell you more.

    Same thing here. Crashes when quiting the app. Have to force quit.

    Also, when rendering it seems to hang right when I click render. Otehr times it's fine.
