AFTER EFFECTS 2022 ITS FULL OF BUGS! FREEZES WHEN RENDER AND UNKNOWN EXCEPTION.

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)

3,8 GHz Intel Core i5 de 4 núcleos

64 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro 580 8 GB

The first thing that happened to me was the freezing issue while rendering.

I unistalled all adobe programs and reinstalling over and over... Then, I decided to reset completely my iMac. I erased the hard drive and install everything back. I asumed that it was the necessary thing to do Adobe to work...

But now, with all the programs reinstalled is still failing... Now the error says: After Effects Warning: Unknown Exception.

And I don´t want to go to my terminal to fix anything because my computer is like brand new since I´ve reseted it completely.

¡¡Please solve these problems!!

Same here... VERY annoying ... When I want to play the timeline, it freeze and says "Unknown Exeption" ... All I can do is close AE, relauch it and pray...

(I've also reinstalled and so on... it happens on wathever project... A lot during a few days, then less, and again...) It is now more than 10 years I use AE and I never saw this, maybe a problem with the new mac processor?)

Can you give more details about your work and the circumstances, AE crashes?

This can be everything from corrupt footage to heavy load effects.

It doesn´t mind what kind of project is... It happens with all type of projects. The simplest and the complex.

Now... An error code (14) appears every time I try to render.

In every project I´ve some errors.
