After Effects 2022 Needed, can't see in my Creative Cloud

I have iMac i7 27", 32 Ram 2013.

In my creative cloud I can't find earlier versions of After Effects (2022)

And I'm unable to install After Effects, Premiere Pro etc.

MI'm using Catalina and I don't want to upgrade and I think I can't even upgrade it.

Is there any way I can download 2022 After Effects, Premiere Pro and other apps?

I would not think you can get one. Adobe provides installers for its current apps and the previous major version of each only.

The issue is that I am unable to select or view older versions of the apps for the majority of it. The only option that appears when I click the three dots is Learn More.
