After Effects 2023 Auto save not functioning

Hey guys

I am using windows 11

Ever since i installed AE 2023 and when i am in prem pro and using dynamic links to After Effects,  i have noticed autosave does not work, and i have even created a custom directory on another hard drive to see if it was an AE problem or windows  11 issue, nothing gets auto-saved, even when changing the custom autosave directory to another hard drive.

I also noticed After Effects projects are not being saved to the cloud either.

I can save increment saves manually and save a copy as normal.

This not saving behaviour happens to all versions of AE and doesn't change even if i reduce the save time duration and increments.

I am concerned and was wondering if anyone can chime in?
