After Effects 2024 . Preset not applying

I don't really know how to explain this .

i made 2 video of differnt AE version

AE- 2022

AE-2024

In AE 2022. the preset was working fine . without any issue .

BUT

In AE 2024. the preset is not applying.

This happens to preset containing postiton value.

when you try to apply the preset by separate dimensions [sparate X and Y] its works.

but if you try to apply the preset without separate dimensions [ X and Y] the preset doesn't work.

Are these third-party presets? If so, can you check with the manufacturer if there's an update available?
