After Effects 22.0.0 Freezes EVERYTIME when rendering

Since I´ve installed the 22.0 update... It´s almost imposible to render any composition. Neither through After nor through Media Encoder.

What do you mean by "almost impossible"? Tell us in detail about the behavior of After Effects and Media Encoder.

Im sorry! My english is too bad.

 

Everytime I render it freezes in random frames (not always in the same frame). It´s a very very simple project. I´ve never had any error like this before... And I´m asuming it´s the new render settings improved in the latest version. 

 

I´ve tried a lot of things. I have even repeat all the project on a new file... 

 

I´m desperated because I have to deliver it today...

Does it happen with a particular project or all of them? Could you share more details on the footage, effects, etc that you use in the project? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? Also, do you see any error message?

It´s happening with all kind of projects. With the simples ones and with others with more effects and comps...

 

My sistem specifications:

 

MacOs Big Sur

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)

Memory: 64 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Graphics: Radeon Pro 580 8 GB

I´ve unistall all Adobe programs and installed it agaian... And still no working. It freezes while rendering...

I would recommend rolling back to an earlier version. Sadly, too frequently these new releases are not quite ready for everyone's set-up. Roll back to a previous version that you know worked and wait for them to iron out the bugs.
