After Effects 23.1 update not showing in Creative Cloud App

My Creative Cloud Desktop is not giving me the update from after effects 23.0 to 23.1.
I have updated both Premiere and Media Encoder to 23.1 but Ae is v 23.0 telling me that is up to date and no other updates available. Is anybody else having the same issue?

Sometimes it takes a few days to propagate to all users. It is not showing for me yet, either.
