After Effect 23.6

- 2,6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

- AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

- 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

After Effects 2023 keeps freezing after a few minutes while working on a project. I didn't do any heavy animation: just added "Animation Composer 3" effects to the Illustrator file. There's always a point where I'm replaying what I've created, and the screen just freezes. I can't use the mouse or keyboard anymore. So I had to reboot my computer. Now when I tried opening After Effects againThings I tried: Clearing the disk cache, and disabling the plug-in.
I have included the log file below

Hi Wilwillyy,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

Do you see the issue if you disable the plug-ins (Go to Effects > Manage Plug-ins)? Try that on a new project.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Nishu_kush,

the problem is not from the plug-ins, because I have tried to disable all of them and tried to run the application from safe mode. the result is still the same the screen just freezes.
but I have found the solution.
I temporarily downgraded to 23.0, and everything worked.

Can you try using the recently launched 24.0 version of After Effects? If it has the same problem, try changing the location of the cache. Also, please share a screen recording of the issue to help us understand it better.
