after effects After Effects 2025 v25.0.1.2 crush while working

after effects crushes while working, i face it a lot and i dont know what to do next, im not using any third part plugg in, just inbuild effects. but still keep happening with me.

i just installed version 2025 but in version 2024 the crush happend but un a different way. 

my pc information:

i9 14900k 

3080 ti 

1Tb Nvme Samsung

64GB DDR5 crossair Ram ...

now its hard to switch to another software after these years from scratch, i need to fix it.

please someone help me
