After Effect is stuck I can't even not sutdown or restart my macbook Pro so how can I fix it?

Hard reset your MacBook by holding down the power button until it shuts down.  Depending on the model you have, the power button may be the fingerprint scanner button in the top right corner of the keyboard.

Thanks for your reply, I just fond the resolution just by use Force Quit

you can always also, terminate any application or process from the activity monitor app
