I cleared all types of cache's one by one in edit>purge option, then I restarted AE and reset the preferences and my problem was solved, 3D files are working fine now.

You should try this too.

Clearing up some space on my Mac and cleaning out the cache did the worked for me.
I’m using a MacBook Air with M1 chip and macOS Ventura, Version 13.0.

I have the same issue,

AE 23.5.0, not using a 3rd party plug in, Mac Ventura 13.2.1, 16gb RAM, Apple M2 Pro.
