Composition> Add to Render Queue> Output Module> Make sure it's Quicktime> Format Options Button> None (Uncompressed)> Render

Then, download https://handbrake.fr/

Load in your .mov file and outsource it as a H.264/mp4 file.

Apple no longer supports H.264 in a Quicktime Container. It never worked well. You'll have to use the Adobe Media Encoder to render the comp or compress a production master you rendered using the Output Module in the Render Cue.

I can't believe this crap from Adobe. First, there's a problem with renders from Premiere Pro having color & saturation shifts, that Adobe never addressed — waiting 3 years or more. Then, a work-around would be to render from Premiere Pro to ProRez, importing into AE, and render out .264 there, since the shift problem didn't happen there.

Now, you have to render thru the AME again, which has the same color shift on render.  When will Adobe get their sh*t together, and actually fix something???

I color manage projects all the time, never had a color out of whack because I calibrate my monitors with an actual instrument, manage my colors according to good color management techniques, use standard workflows, and verify what color management system my clients are using before I send them anything. If you leave out any of those steps color management can be a real pain. You are probably better off just turning it all off.

I also have setup color management in Fusion, C4D, and even Blender. None of them do it automatically. I don't know any app that does.
