After Effects CC 2019 open failure

I have a problem with After Effects CC 2019.
The software wont open and the messages aren the following, always at the same order:

1) (83 :: 2)  After Effects error: cannot access sfnt data
2) After Effect warning: Unknown Exception

3) After Effects cant continue: unexpected failure during application startup.

Can anynone help?

Ok, I fixed it. 
SFNT is a font file format which can contain other fonts, such as PostScript, TrueType, OpenType, Web Open Font Format (WOFF) fonts and other. SFNT stands for spline font or scalable font, and was originally developed for TrueType fonts on the Macintosh and used by Apple Computer's QuickDraw.[3] SFNT was named after the resource tag the Macintosh used internally to track font data.

 

I use FontBase for my fonts and somehow all fonts got deactivated. After I reactive them after effets works fine.

How can you fix it? I've got the same error when I bought one template during loading the folder text in the project. It poped-up this and cannot open.

Are you in an enterprise environment? Do you have Deep Freeze on your computer by any chance?
