After Effects changes Comp Size when renders

Hi.

There is some issue with the Adobe aftereffect rendering process, I'm trying to render in a 1695x1080px and set up the comp size accordingly but after rendering the video is coming out in 1694x1080px. 

I've also checked the media encoder before rendering and the resolution is changing there as well, which I'm unable to change back to 1695px.
