after effects clips cant showen on perview

basically my clips cant be seen when im pressing to perview them.

i turned on the eye button and i dont know how to fix that, for the record i have windows computer and

i dont know if i pressed on something or if its a bug on my ae program.

please help as fast as u can im trying to fix that for 5 months and it doesnt work...

please help im begging you!!

Hi, do you only see triangles in your composition? 

If so it's because of wirframe mode which you can change on the little lightning icon.
