Without any actual system info we can't really tell you much. The Windows management interface crashing typically indicates a kernel protection issue, which could be anything from an incompatible driver to genuine security and permission issues, so at the very least check your event viewer for the culprit, then the device manager and Windows Update and let them update everything or manualyl install newer versions of drivers and DLL packages. Everything else will require much better info.
