After effects crash on startup

After new macOS monetery update, After effects will not startup, i have removed the AE juice plug-in and other third party plug-ins yet it comes up with the same crashing on startup but different error. I have Imac pro (2017) version 12.01. please can someone help . I have tried contacting adobe multiple times and heard nothing.

Sorry for your issue.

I'd suggest removing not just the AEJuice but all the third-party plug-ins and test.
