after effects crash project

Hello Adobe team, I am an After Effects 2023 user and I have a problem. After Effects crashed me while I was editing a project in After Effects. When I try to re-enter the project I saved, it kicks me out of the project and tells me that the problem is with the additional packages I installed. I would be very happy if you could help me.

The dialog is telling you that the effect S_BlurNoCurves is causing after effects to crash. You could see if there is an upgraded version of the effect, or stop using it as it may continue to cause AE to crash.
