After effects: Crash reppair options

everytime i want to edit my videos on After effects a week ago just happen that my Ae software crashes down and close the program without warning. It happens everytime i try to change the font style i got the 23.6.2 after effects version... Pleas somebody help me how to solve this issue.

I would recommend you choose Start in Safe Mode option. If this option is stable, you remove unnecessary third-party plug-ins.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? It could be related to a specific font. Can you try with a different font?
