after effects crash

Hi, i am trying to open a new composition. i select files and new file from cinema 4d and my after effects crashes. is there a fix for this?

this is what i get after the crash

The issue would be related to the codec of ap4h in ProRes. Does your project include the codec file? You may need to convert it to something else.
