So im having this weird "bug" or whatever it is.

When im putting my resolution to "Full" and preview my animations, the program crashes. The same happens if i try to Render my composition. It feels like if my PC has to work "hard" it crashes?

Its a brand new computer with the following specs:

- 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF 3.00 GHz

- 64,0 GB RAM

- RTX 4090

- 850W Power Supply

- 2TB NVMe SSD

- Asus Z790-A Prime Motherboard

I've updated every driver, deleted cache multiple times, reinstalled After Effects, tried to turn hardware acceleration off. Tested if any components were bad/broken but cant seem to find anything.

Whats wrong?

This is the error:

When you get the error dialog you attached, could you fill in your forums email and click Send Report. That can tell us a bit more about what the crash actually is.

Great, thank you. I can see the crash now.

The crash is due to an image buffer not being correct, potentially caused by GPU drivers. A few other things to ask:

* Are you using Photoshop files in your comps?

* If you turn off Cache Frames When Idle (Composition Menu -> Preview), does this still occur?

* If you switch to using the Cinema 4D Renderer instead of Classic, does this still occur?

* Is there a project you can share so we can see if we can reproduce this?

- Yes, i use photoshop files in my comp, they are 2k files. And there is masks and stuff inside it. I can see if i disable the photoshop files, it doesnt crash. Would this be the reason of the crashes?
- Cache frames when idle, turned it off, didnt help

- Cinema 4d renderer works, but very slow and changes the look.

- Cant share this, its for a client.

So is the photoshop files the problem? and why would that be

It was just a guess as there are some parts of the crash log indicating Photoshop use. At this stage the best I can offer is something in the GPU is corrupting some of the image data AE is trying to process. Do you have your GPU overclocked or restricted on memory use, or anything special?

Is there a safe way to share the product with you/Adobe, so its only you who can acces it?
