After Effects Crashing on opening

I've tried to load After Effects 22.1 through my CC account, but once it downloads and I go to open it up, it just crashes. I've attached the two error messages that appear.

 

Can anyone help?

You also update the graphic card driver.

Delete the preferences, reinstall the program and try again:

 

Setting preferences in After Effects

 

Also check your graphics driver and update it if necessary or for that matter any critical driver liek the audio one as well. Anything more than that will require some actual system info.

Hi,

 

Unfortunately, once I close the error pop-ups, AE closes, so I can't get to the Preferences.

Hi, I have tried this (Windows) and AE still crashes.

What's the version of the GPU driver that's installed on your computer? Are you working on a dual monitor setup? Also, are there any third-party plug-ins installed?
