After Effects Crashing on startup :(

Uninstall, use the Adobe Cleaner tool, and then reinstall:

I have done what you said, but it wont reinstall

I have tried to reinstall and repare creative cloud several times, and used Creative Cloud Cleaner several times too, but nothing seems to run.

Here is the error i get all the time(In norwegian btw):

What do i do?

It may be a permissions issue. Try what this Premiere Pro article suggests.
