After effects dumping crash files on desktop when launching

Hey all

Just recently updated to an AMD graphics card , Radeon RX vega. And i'm getting .crash files constantly when launching on my desktop. The program runs fine, but worried it may not later on during a project.

I have an intel i7-4790k - Windows 10

was working fine on my 980ti.

chat GPT suggests something about an openGL crash or other threads crashing.

Like i said before it opens and runs fine for now, just when it launches a Afterfx crash file appears on desktop. Done the usual DDU of NVIDIA drivers and AMD is up to date.

Any ideas?
