After effects erorr 0xc0000142 at launch

Hello everyone, I recently downloaded adobe after effects, but when I start the program, the error 0xc0000142 pops up, what should I do?

Without any system info and other possibly relevant details we can't tell you anything. You need to be much, much more specific and provide the necessary details. There's literally a million reasons why this may not work.
