After Effects error copying file while collecting

I am trying to collect files for an AE Project and keep encountering this same error message, and then the process aborts. I have tried multiple things based on discussion threads (reducing before collecting; saving to external or internal harddrives; restarting AE). I also erased and reloaded this footage file. Nothing has helped. I am using AE 23.2 (Build 65) on a 2023 MacBook Pro with Apple M2 Max chip. Running Ventura 13.4.1 (c). My footage is on an external drive connected by USB3 (It is a fast drive). I have tried collecting to my harddrive, to the same external drive, and to a different external drive (RAID connected by USBC). The AE project does have a lot of compositions embedded within each other, and there is 141GB of material to collect (mostly footage). Please send helpful suggestions! Thanks!

Hi thanks for your reply. It ended up being a problem with a particular file. I have no idea why. The file plays fine within the project, and the project exports fine, so I am not sure if it's corrupted or what. I disconnected that file, collected the project, and then manually collected that file and relinked it. Don't know if there will be issues down the road or not.

Would you check the permission of the saved folder?
