After Effects Error on Startup

Currently trying to figure out how to fix this, as there is nothing in my plugins where this could be located.

    Have you tried installing the plug-in as suggested in the error message? If that doesn't help, try uninstalling it. Here's how: https://borisfx.com/faq/uninstall-sapphire/
