Please share more details on when exactly does After Effects crashes. Is there any specific that triggers the crash? Are you using any third-party plug-ins? Try updating the GPU driver as suggested by Mylenium. Also, it could be system specifications related because your computer is not meeting the minimum system requirements to run After Effects properly which could cause performance issues and crashes.

As already mentioned, since the graphics card dsoesn't even appear correctly in your system information, you have to fix/ update/ install your graphics driver. Check the NVidia site for the latest version or your Windows Update's "other downloads" section for compatible drivers.

Your system report says it all: If the graphics card isn't even listed there, then Windows is running with a generic VGA driver. You need to install whatever vendor's driver is appropriate for your system in a version compatible with AE.

Without any system information and ideally some crash log nobody can tell you anything. You need to be much more specific. Just stating that AE closes/ crashes is of no use to anyone.
