I've been getting this error from past 2 3 projects, never had this error before, need urgent solution as i'm running late on delivering the project, I don't wanna use render queue since it doesn't have H.264 format.

Please help me, it happens in almost every project.

Try rendering from AE to a high quality CODEC such as DNxHD. Then bring that into Adobe Media Encoder, for output into H264.

You'll also want to let us know more about your system - hardware and software. Are you using any effects? State all the effects used in the project. The error message includes a time duration where the issue occurred - take a look at the composition you rendered and any precompositions to see what effects and footage you have over there. If time allows it, replace the clip to see if the render goes through. Also, if there are effects on a clip or clips within the stated timestamp, then disable those effects first and render, before replacing the clip since it's much easier to see disable/enable an effect than it is to replace a clip - well, not much difference actually nut I would be looking at these two areas - effects and replacing of the footage at the stated timestamp.
