after effects has encountered a problem and need to close please help!

I already reinstall by using Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to clean up the after effects app but it still not work even try to install older version,

I am experiencing the exact same problem. Not sure if registry is corrupted or Windows 10 is missing a DLL file. Never had a problem like this using AE and began after I uninstalled AE and reinstalled Windows 10.
