Hello, I recently purchased the Element 3d Plug In and since then I have not been abe to launch

Afer Effects succesfully since it always crashes. It always leaves a Desktop Icon after the crash.

I believe it some type of crash report, sinve it happens immidiately after the crash.

I am not sure if it has somethinf to do with the Element 3d plug in I just installed.

I was able to use the program a couple of times in Safe Mode.

Should anyone have any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated!

( I aslo attached the Desktop Icon  that pops up after the crash and a picture of my computer specs )

Thank you

I have the same problem and don't have any plugins installed. I removed all plugins to make sure. It has already been one week that I've been unable to use After Effects. It's a horrible situation because I've projects waiting to be executed. This is unacceptable for the amount I'm paying for the license, and seriously considering changing to a different software.

You may need to clear cache of Element 3D. To do that in Element 3D, go into the Scene Setup, click File, Preferences, and then clear those 2 cache buttons. You do not also forget to update the graphic card driver.

LATEST

Hi Raul23542622qlik,

Sorry to hear about the crash.

Try installing the latest Studio driver for your GPU. If you're already using the latest driver, consider doing a clean installation.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu
