After Effects Is Just Simply Not Working At All. Whenever I open AE, I get this screen. By the way, the version of AE is the recent 2020 version, but even when I had the 2019 version, it has done the same thing. It just stays on this screen and sits there forever, unless I end the task or smash my mouse until it says not responding and I close the program. This is not a cracked version, this is the free trial, I don't know if that matters. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything with the name Adobe on my PC. I have tried and looked at every YouTube tutorial and forum post I can find that is not in Indian. Nothing works. I have been stuck on this screen forever. I have never been able to use AE. Well, one time a few months ago it randomly opened and worked and I was able to use it for a day, and then back to the screen of white death. Every other program on the creative cloud opens up normally, such as Premiere Pro, etc. If there is any solution to getting me off this screen and getting me to the actual application, that would be greatly appreciated. I'm desperate at this point...
Hello,
I am using Windows 10 and my PC has the minimum req
SPECS OF PC:
1080 ti
i7 8700k
16 gb of ram
Windows 10
I have tried turning off windows defender, that didn't work; however, I forgot I had Malware Bytes, so I disabled that, and the program is working, finally it has opened, thank you so much.

Make sure you are not running the Render Engine. What OS and system are you using? Does your system meet the minimum system requirements? Some antivirus systems will cause problems with apps that generate previews and create temporary files like After Effects.

Hi there,
Sorry for your issue. I see that you are not able to get After Effects to work.
As Rick asked, please share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS). If you are using a third-party plugin for After Effects, remove it temporarily and check if that helps. Also, reset the preferences of After Effects and check if it brings any change.
Let us know.
Thanks,
Nishu
