After Effects Issue: Memory Card Problem

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you today as I have been facing a rather frustrating issue with After Effects. I have tried all possible solutions to solve this problem, including increasing memory and using a new version, and deleting the media cache. However, despite my efforts, the issue still persists.

What is strange is that the software has been working perfectly fine for a long time, and I did the last update several times, which worked fine on my Mac. However, when I run After Effects, the display part of what happens on the timeline works fine in the first few seconds, and then it tells me that there is a problem with the memory card. This happens even if After Effects is the only software running on the device.

I would appreciate it if you could help me find a solution to this issue as I rely heavily on After Effects for my work. Please let me know if you need any further information from my end.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you share a screen recording of the issue you're experiencing? Which version of After Effects are you currently working on? Please share your system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM). If you're using an Nvidia GPU, please share your current Nvidia driver version as well. We're here to help.

Dear Adobe Support Team,
 
I am writing to report a problem that I have encountered with After Effects. I have recently noticed that when I am working on a project, at the beginning everything seems to work fine, but when I switch to the timeline, drops occur in the frames, and then it no longer works even if I enter a light comp, which is only the video.

I am using a Macbook that works with the M1 chip, and I have attached a picture with all the details of the device 
and version 23.2.1 (build 3)
