After Effects last version is not previewing right in Mac

Hi
After effects started  not showing what it's rendering and sometimes it shows in the right bottom corner like in the photo I attached, but when taping space it goes, and the preview jumps to the current frame. this is annouing as I can't do my work anymore. I tried all basic tips of cache stuff and nothing worked. Any clue?

    I'm having the same issue and it's frustrating this! I spent almost all the noon trying to find an answer but I haven't… do you find something? priciated for share your experience…

      Not yet except that I searched about "Display Acceleration Disabled" showing in the right top corner when there is no previewing. and found videos talking about GPU and how does AE use your RAMs but still can't fix it in my Mac.
