After Effects loads to render Queue

When I launch After Effects it immediatly opens to the render queue fullscreen and I cant to anything.  Cant open anyfiles, nothing. I found this post about a similiar issues but no answeres on how to fix it.

https://creativecow.net/forums/thread/stuck-in-render-queue/ In the middle of a job so I need this fixed ASAP. Already reinstalled Creative Cloud and evey app and ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner. Didnt fix anything.
