after effects low performance and low memory warning

I don't understand, I have 32 GB of RAM and my after effects keep showing low RAM, even though I'm not using 20 GB and the preview doesn't load, it keeps loading in a loop for a few seconds, apart from the crashes I don't know if I should use the processor or the gpu in the project settings

Could you share a screenshot of the error/warning about the low memory? Do you experience this with a particular project, or it's random? Are there any third-party plug-ins installed? Also, do you mind sharing a screenshot of the Windows Task Manager when After Effects shows the low memory warning?

Try setting the memory allocation to other apps to a multiple of 4 GB. The memory pipeline is more efficient when you have a 4GB bandwidth.

I'm still facing a lot of problems, my 4k render of a clip is taking about 6 hours to render 1:30 of video, I don't know what to do
