My Media Encorder does ot connect to my Adobe After Effects. I want to export a video in MP4 but my Encorder shows that there is no After Effects installed, even though I have thelatest version of both programms. Does somebody know where the probem is?

This could be a permissions problem or even an anti-virus problem. OS and System details in your post would have helped us have a better idea of what is going on. Is this a new problem? What changed on your system between now and the last time the AE/AME round trip worked?

If a reboot does not fix the problem, open the Creative Cloud app and make sure both the AME and AE are up-to-date. Versions must be the same.

If that does not work use the Creative Cloud app to uninstall After Effects and the Media Encoder and then re-install them. If you also have Premiere Pro installed you have to include Premiere in the uninstall/install solution.

If that does not work, you'll have to use the Adobe Cleaner tool.

I can not remebr what I changed but I did not play arround with the setting, for example. The versions are the same - i will try to reinstall the programs.
