After Effects não lê o arquivo correto

Faço animações semanais de um cliente e todos os arquivos são renomeados da forma correta, não há duplicidades. Ao tentar abrir estes arquivos, o after demora MUITO TEMPO para reconhecer e, ainda, lê o arquivo errado, ou seja, se abro o psd 16-06, o after reconhece 16-05. Já atualizei e até mesmo excluí e reinstalei o app, mas o erro persiste.

@nishu_kush após todas as atualizações relizadas, estou utilizando a versão 23.5.

Testei outros arquivos, tanto antigos quanto atuais, mas aparentemente o problema tem acontecido apenas com uma pasta só, então acredito que não seja relacionado à versão do photosop.

Thanks for getting back. Check if Photoshop Sequence is checked in the Import File dialogue box. If it is, uncheck the box and try importing.

Sorry for your issue. Does it happen with multiple projects? Are your project and media files saved on a local drive or in external/network storage? What's the exact version of After Effects you're using?
