after effects not opening

when i try to open after effects it comes up with the attached

Start by cleaning out any unnecessary fonts and check your system langauge settings. Anything more will require proper system information and other details.

Please try resetting the preferences of After Effects. If it doesn't help, see if there are any variable fonts installed on your computer.
