After effects not playing my preview

I have a problem in my after effects, where the comp window is black and not play, even if the timline is running correctly

Did you try Mylenium's suggestions? Did it help? If not, would you mind sharing your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? Also, what's the exact version of After Effects you're using?

Start with the usual basic troubleshooting: Check your hardware acceleration settings and update your system's graphics driver and reset the preferences.
