After Effects not sending comps to AME after Oct update to ver 22

I did the big Adobe October 2022 update yesterday on 10 28/21, and ever since, AE is not able to send comps over to AME for rendering.  When I export to AME, AME opens, but the render queue is empty and remains so....What can I do to fix this?

When I opened the new ver 22 of AE, I changed the cache and DB locations to a new drive, and I noticed AME preferences had them going to the old drive.  Should they correspond to one another and map to the same location?    If yes, what AE cache should the AME Nedua Cache preferece map to.....?  And if yes, should the AME Database cache map to the AE Database location as well?  AE has three folders and AME only two.  Which goes where?
