after effects not working

Hello, I installed the after effects program, but after effects

can't continue the common extensibility platform (CEP) suite couldn't be loaded. you may need to reinstall
gives a warning message. I downloaded the latest version and tried deleting and reinstalling but it didn't open. I tried many things, but the program does not open, what should I do?
