After effects outlines and masks get stuck and preview freezes

I am getting a very big problem in my After Effects cc 2018. After working on a project,after 30 to 40 seconds, my project gets stuck and the mask outlines stick to the screen and the same thing happens with motion tracking markers and other outlines whenever I zoom out....

It worked fine last month but then I started facing this issue.....

I tried reinstalling Windows 10 but I am still facing this issue.
