After effects preview black while i play it

Hi , my after effects is not working. when i play my video that i imported it shows a black screen but when i pause it , it does show the video but it disappears when i play it

i have after effects 2020

Try the basics first, try update GPU drivers.

hi i have ryzen 3 3200g and 8gb ram i started project in after effects when i open a project preview windows not working and its not showing black screen but showing creating composition windows and for small problems software getting not responding also when i close software its not closing full its remained in running tasks i have to close it fully from task manager
