after effects preview wont work!! I need urgent help

I have resorted into posting here since i cannot contact customer support for help, as it keeps telling me to contact my administartor and IT for help. I shouldn’t be locked out of customer support because of this; they were unhelpful and did not solve my issue that I need to be resolved urgently

My problem is my preview won’t show up on after effects at all. I did projects on after effects before so why is it acting like this now????

I’ve tried multiple things, i resetted my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, resetted preferences, and i even updated my drives and also updated to the latest version of after effects. Yet somehow it suddenly starts working at uni after i reinstalled it there, but the second I got home it stopped working, what a weird situation!

I am all out of options and I NEED this to work right now
